Responsibilities :

Requirement gathering and analysis, design and implement OIM 11gR2 / 12c solutions.
Develop and customize Oracle Identity Manager components, including workflows, connectors, and user interfaces.
Integrate OIM with various applications and systems within the organization using standard and custom connectors.
Configure and maintain OIM policies, roles, and access controls to align with organizational security requirements.
Implement identity lifecycle management processes, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role management.
Provide technical support and resolve issues related to OIM, including performance tuning and system optimization.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for all aspects of the identity management solution, including configurations, customizations, and operational procedures.
Work closely with IT security, infrastructure, and application development teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of identity management solutions.
Train end-users and administrators on OIM functionalities and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Experience of Enterprise Identity and Access Management (EIAM) Implementation Project
Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) concepts and practices.
Experience in designing and implementing OIM 11gR2 / 12c solutions.
Proficiency in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) development and administration.
Experience with Java, XML, and SQL for customization and integration tasks.
Familiarity with directory services such as LDAP and Active Directory.
Knowledge of web services and APIs for system integration.
Experience with integrating OIM with various enterprise systems and applications
Strong experience of Developing and Customizing OIM 11gR2 / 12c workflows, connectors, and user interfaces.
Experience of creating Custom SOA Composites using Oracle JDeveloper and Deploying SOA Composites in Oracle SOA Server
Strong experience of Developing and Customizing OIM 11gR2 / 12c Provisioning and Reconciliation.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Preferred but not mandatory :

Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certfied Specialist or Professional in Identity Management
Experience in related Oracle products (e.g., Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Internet Directory).
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
